Utility Bill Update: Corrected bills will be sent out this week to all customers.
-IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS AUTO DRAFTED, THE CORRECT AMOUNT DUE WILL BE DRAFTED. THE PREVIOUS WRONG ACCOUNT INFORMATION WILL NOT BE USED FOR DRAFTS. The Town sincerely apologizes for the confusion caused from the printing error on the prior billing statement you received. This was the first month using a new printing process with software updates. The new process will allow the Town to save costs while offering the option of paperless billing. We are actively working with our new print and mail vendor to ensure this does not happen in the future.
