Our Procedures for contacting a Valdese Police Officer and Administrative Staff have been updated to better serve our community.

While our officers are on duty around the clock, the police department building is not always staffed. To ensure effective communication and proper documentation of all calls, please follow these guidelines to create proper response and a better overall experience.
