Public Notice: Town Council Vacancy for Ward 2
The Town Council of Valdese is seeking applications from qualified individuals to fill the vacant Ward 2 seat. The selected candidate will be appointed in a public meeting and will serve until a successor, elected in the municipal election on November 4, 2025, takes office.
Application Process:
• Interested candidates must complete and submit the Application for Council Vacancy, available from the Town of Valdese’s website at www.townofvaldese.com or by contacting Jessica Lail at (828) 879-2117 or [email protected].
• A resume must accompany the completed application.
• Applicants must reside within the boundaries of Ward 2.
